The Unitary World Organization (U.W.O.), based in Thiruvananthapuram, is organizing a prestigious International Conference to deliberate on modern structural shifts in governance and decentralized administrative systems.

      Winning essays will be compiled and published as a book with an ISBN.

      Research Paper Submission Guidelines:
      Research papers should be between 1500–6000 words. Entries must be prepared in Malayalam Unicode and emailed in both MS Word and PDF formats to uwoconference2026@gmail.com on or before June 15, 2026.

      Essays should be between 1000–3000 words. Entries must be prepared in Malayalam Unicode and emailed in both MS Word and PDF formats to uwoconference2026@gmail.com on or before June 15, 2026.

      Best Short Film Award:
      Open to five categories—
      Independent Filmmakers, University/College Students and Researchers, Faculty/Teachers, Senior Citizens, and Film School Students.
      Selected films will be screened free of cost in the conference venue.

      Short Film Submission Guidelines:
      Short Film should be with a minimum running time of 2 minutes and a maximum running time of 20 minutes. Language of the film must be in Malayalam with English subtitles. Entries must be uploaded in Google Drive and emailed in downloadable format to uwoconference2026@gmail.com on or before June 15, 2026.

      There is no registration or publication fee for participating in the conference or competitions.
      To ensure a fair judging process, authors should not include their names or identifying marks within the document; instead, a short biography, contact details, and address should be provided as a separate PDF.
